TFT library

I am a beginner in programing TFT , Iam already programing  display on stm32f746 discover but now i want learn how to programing another displays. Recently i got FG0700G3DSSWBG01  display with controler  T-004(data image) i have also vivaz display.
My question is how tu start, what i should to know. With grafic vizard is simply(maybe Qt or Visual or another), Like a controler i want to use a stm32f429zi,  I can add, i  programing stm32 in workbench based on eclipse i can design PCB layout, so main problem is i don't now how to start program any LCD display .
